About The National Foundation of
Special Needs Integrity

Founded in 2007, Special Needs Integrity specializes in the needs of Personal Injury Litigants, Mass Tort Litigants, and other persons with disabilities who receive Means-Tested Government Benefits.

Special Needs Integrity, Inc. administers Pooled Special Needs Trusts in 46 states. We also offer Testamentary trust services in most states. As a Pooled Special Needs Trust, we can administer trusts for all ages. If the disabled individual is over age 65, some state agencies may impose a transfer penalty for less than fair market value. Our Mission:
To provide Medicaid, SSI and other Means-Tested Benefits recipients who have been injured in a personal injury, medical malpractice, class action, or other lawsuits with the finest, most compassionate and fastest service available from a Pooled Special Needs Trust—and to do so with the utmost of competence, legal expertise, and understanding.
