A Message From The Founder

Greetings from The National Foundation for Special Needs Integrity! We are committed to serving the needs of parties to mass tort settlements who receive governmental assistance benefits, like Medicaid and SSI.

The attorneys and settlement firm that have teamed up to secure your settlement have referred you to us because you are a recipient of at least one "means-tested benefit," such as Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Food Stamps, HUD/Section 8 Housing Assistance, or other governmental assistance programs. As you know, these governmental agencies limit how much money you can make or how much money you can have at any given time.

Our Mission:

Who is “The Foundation”?
Okay, we admit that saying “The National Foundation for Special Needs Integrity” is quite a mouthful.  At about the same time, one of our corporate sponsors in Cincinnati and one in Seattle began simply calling us “The Foundation” for short.  It has sort of stuck in several circles.  We don’t mind.  You can call us whatever you want—just call us!

Our Fees:
We offer the lowest fees in the nation amongst national and semi-national pooled special needs trusts.

Unprecedented 24-Hour Immediate Online Account Access:
We are the only pooled special needs trust in the country to offer its Beneficiaries 24-hour online access to their account statements—allowing instant and up-to-the-day access to account balances, itemized spending reports, and immediate access to monthly and annual spending trends.

FDIC Insured Sub-Accounts:
We are the only pooled trust in the country to offer the full backing of FDIC insurance to all individual Beneficiary sub-accounts.  There is no safer pooled trust than ours.

Easy Access to Your Trust:
Disbursement requests can be made over the phone, online, or by fax—just call us, shoot us an e-mail, or send us a fax!

If you have any questions at all, give us a call.  We are here to assist you in any way we can. We look forward to hearing from you!
