Hoosier Social Workers

Special Needs Integrity salutes the independent case managers, residential providers, social workers, and other providers that work directly with Hoosier consumers on a daily basis..  Nobody knows more about the daily needs of persons with disabilities than those who work and live side by side with consumers every day. 

We are here for you as well.  Our graduated enrollment fee makes us a perfect match for your consumers’ smaller settlements , unexpected “windfalls,” and excess income.  If you have a consumer that needs a fast and cost-effective answer to the question of “what do I do with this money before the first of the month?” then give us a call.  We can help.  In most cases, we can have your consumer’s account set up the same day. 

Hoosiers Aged 65 and Older

Also, Hoosiers over the age of 65 now have a pooled trust option that previously was not available in the state of Indiana. The National Foundation for Special Needs Integrity welcomes consumers over the age of 65 who may need to utilize a pooled special needs trust.  Click here for more details on funding a trust age 65 and over
