We hope that you take a good look around our website. The entire website applies to all consumers, including Indiana consumers. In the majority of states we serve, we focus our attention only on serving the needs of personal injury, mass tort and medical malpractice litigants who find themselves in need of a self-settled pooled “(d)(4)(C)” trust.

Hoosier Social Workers

In Indiana, however, we want to include specifically the independent case managers, residential providers, social workers, and other providers that work directly with Hoosier consumers on a daily basis.  Nobody knows more about the daily needs of persons with disabilities than those who work and live side by side with consumers every day.

Indiana

We are here for you as well.  Our graduated enrollment fee makes us a perfect match for your consumers’ smaller settlements , unexpected “windfalls,” and excess income.  If you have a consumer that needs a fast and cost-effective answer to the question of “what do I do with this money before the first of the month?” then give us a call.  We can help.  In most cases, we can have your consumer’s account set up the same day

Third Party and Testamentary Trust

Later in 2008, The National Foundation for Special Needs Integrity will offer to Hoosier families and the estate planning community the Indiana Third Party and Testamentary Trust.   If you have any questions regarding our Third Party and Testamentary Trust or when we may be making it available, please give us a call.

Also, Hoosiers over the age of 65 now have a pooled trust option that previously was not available in the state of Indiana. The National Foundation for Special Needs Integrity welcomes consumers over the age of 65 who may need to utilize a pooled special needs trust.
